Application:

• element of protection system for canals, pipes and containers as well as when flammable substances are present, with explosive concentration
• identification of ignition sources such as flame, heat and flame focus, in order to activate protection system, on process lines, canals and pipelines
• quick detection of explosion propagating through the canals in order to activate protection system
• to be used in enclosed spaced without daylight access

Specification:

• IR-13 infrared sensor is designed to detect sparks and flame in pipelines and canals
• thanks to three optical fibers (installed in the channel at an angle of 120 degrees) sensor monitors entire diameter of the pipe conduit
• channel operating temperature of up to 250 C
• operation time in milliseconds, temperature of sparks from 800 C
• programmed as fire and spark sensor (variable sensitivity)
• optics operating temperature range: 20 to + 250 C
